About these terms

These terms cover your use of homebasketng.com and any order you place with Home Basket by Aduke ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell groceries and food essentials, as single products and as bundles, including custom bundles.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Naira (₦). The total is shown at checkout.
• You pay online through Paystack, by card, bank transfer and the other options Paystack offers.
• For now we only accept Nigerian-issued cards.
• We never see or store your full card details. Paystack handles them.

Stock and pricing errors

If an item is out of stock, or was clearly priced wrongly, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Delivery

• We deliver in Lagos, and to nearby areas by arrangement.
• Delivery costs ₦2,000 to Lagos Island, ₦2,500 to Lagos Mainland, ₦3,000 to Lekki and Ajah, and ₦4,000 to Ikorodu, Badagry and the outskirts. Checkout always shows the current fee before you pay.
• Delivery is free when your items come to ₦50,000 or more.
• You choose a time at checkout: morning (9am–12pm), afternoon (12–4pm) or evening (4–7pm), today or tomorrow. Order by 2pm for delivery the same day.
• We may call you to check anything about your order before delivery.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as you can.

Returns and refunds

• If an item is wrong, damaged or missing, tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo, by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• We will replace the item or refund it.
• Perishable food can't be returned because you changed your mind.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paystack. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank.

Your account

• You sign in with your email address and a password.
• Please keep your login details safe.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

The shop is for adults (18 and over) placing orders. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will try to sort it out with you.
